WHAT ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following forms of ID: Passport, Driving License or Photo Card with the PASS hologram. All ID must be valid & in date.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
We ask that our guests dress smartly and maintain a “dress to impress” policy, but we decide on an individual basis. Any guests wearing sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing “bubbles” will not be permitted. We work hard to make sure Home looks ready to party, and ask that you do the same. Unfortunately we can’t make promises over the phone or by email, so come down on the night & if you look the part then you shouldn’t have a problem.
DO I NEED A TICKET?
We recommend buying a ticket in advance to guarantee entry, save money & skip the queues. However there will always be limited tickets available on the door.
IS THERE A CURFEW ON TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE?
Yes, all ticket holders must arrive before the stated curfew on your ticket. Tickets will still be valid for entry, however the queue jump element is removed after this time.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR TICKETS AND PACKAGES PURCHASED?
Tickets & packages are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. For any questions regarding tickets or packages, please email bookings@homelincoln.co.uk. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.
I’VE LOST AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing lostproperty@homelincoln.co.uk and we will try to locate your item. Please provide a description of the item, and where it was left.
